Thank you for shopping with One Love Gemstones. Every order is packed with care and protective materials to ensure your crystals arrive safely.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-volume periods, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs procedures)

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These fees are not included in your order total and vary by country.


Packaging and Fragile Items

Crystals and minerals are fragile. We package every order securely using padding, cushioning, and sturdy materials to ensure the best possible protection during transit.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

One Love Gemstones is not able to provide refunds or replacements for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost in transit

  • Delayed due to carrier issues

  • Stolen after delivery

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but resolution must be handled through the carrier’s claim process.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, email us at support@onelovegemstones.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • One Love Gemstones is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.

  • If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
