Refund & Return Policy
At One Love Gemstones, every piece is chosen with care and intention. Because crystals, minerals, and natural specimens are unique and often fragile, all sales are final. Please review the details below.
Returns & Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless an item arrives damaged in transit.
Due to the natural variations of crystals and minerals, differences in color, shape, texture, or natural internal features (such as inclusions, veils, or fractures) are not considered defects.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of:

The damaged item

The shipping box

The packaging materials

Once verified, we will either replace the item (if available) or provide store credit for one-of-a-kind pieces.
We cannot process damage claims submitted after 48 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
For missing packages, please contact the carrier to open a claim.
Exchanges
Because each item is one-of-a-kind, we do not offer exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase as long as they have not shipped.
